This spiral bound book is a daily plan-of-life journal with instructions for use in the beginning of the book —with Imprimatur from the Archbishop of Kansas City, KS. Each day also has a passage from either: scripture, saints’ writings, papal documents, or the Catechism of the Catholic Church with self-reflection journaling space. Each day has an accountability page for staying on track with your plan of life, and every 30 weeks there is a calendar page for laying out a spiritual plan for the next month.

This book is primarily a “next step” for women who have completed Magnify 90, but can stand alone or be used in conjunction with Magnify 90. The hope is that after a woman has opened her heart and mind to a deepening spirituality, she doesn’t often need to re-do Magnify as a “cookie-cutter” program, but can rather—ideally with a spiritual director—form her individualized plan of life.

The cover is a rigid cardstock, but not fully hardback. The spiral binding is perfect for daily use, and the book is letter size paper, of good weight to write on daily.
